provide our customers with fast, efficient, high quality (FF/FL) concrete placement and finishing procedures. We specialize in standard and intricate industrial / commercial building foundation systems, slab on grade and exterior concrete construction.
Our company has developed a reputation for quality workmanship, customer satisfaction and is known for the ability to meet the high demands of fast track project scheduling.
We currently own and operate the s22E Laser Screed and s485 Laser Screed, providing state of the art technology complimented with the highest finishing techniques, including certified ACI CONCRETE FLATWORK FINISHERS.

Heiman Construction, Inc. has been in the concrete placement and finishing business since 1979.
Founded by Bill and Bev Heiman the work started out in the agricultural industry moving on to residential projects and eventually mastering the commercial / industrial field. The main foundation for the business has always been the belief in attention to Quality, Workmanship and Teamwork.
Over the years that vision grew and changed, taking on new equipment technologies, employing and training quality employees and meeting the demands for fast track commercial projects. Bill developed a reputation for being one of the area leaders in concrete placement and finishing.
The business has changed hands in the recent years, being passed down to the next generation of family.
Matthew W Heiman, President, and Jackson C Stookey, Vice President, currently own and operate the business.
